Nowra-based QinetiQ Air Affairs is a key component of QinetiQ’s global Threat Representation and Test & Evaluation capability.
QAA operates a fleet of Learjet and King Air aircraft which are used for mission rehearsal, target towing and various other roles, including fire scanning and aeromedical evacuation. The company also manufactures and operates Phoenix drones, targets and reeling machines that are used by Australian and allied defence forces for threat simulation.
The Advanced Manufacturing Centre is QAA’s well-appointed and purpose-built facility in the Shoalhaven with the capability for end-to-end manufacturing of high quality specialist parts for defence and aviation projects.
