- Expansion of business parks within the Shellharbour Airport to drive economic growth.
- Creation of tourism and new industries surrounding the Shell Cove Marina including the creation of Boat Maintenance Facility to attract new industries and diversify the regions skills base.
- Increasing the supply of short term rental accommodation opportunities in the region.
